ctrl + a + q to unblock scrolling
ctrl + a + s to block scrolling

change command character in .screenrc if you want to use ctrl+a for sudo etc...

ctrl + a + c new screen

blankerprg cmatrix
idle 60 blanker

replace cmatrix with whatever you want to run for example
